Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The order must include all relevant parts and components, and the packaging must be intact as received.
- The item must show signs of normal handling only. Damage caused by careless handling will void the return.
- For products where hygiene is a concern, the item must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.
- Any defects must be reported immediately upon receiving the item.
- We reserve the right to deduct shipping costs from the refund.
- Returns are processed within 7 business days, and if the return conditions are met, it will be officially approved during that period.
- We reserve the right to reject returned items if there are signs of use or damage not caused by us.
How do I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

Include the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photo of the product (if damaged)
- Customer’s full name
- Customer’s address
Important:
Do not send your return to the sender’s address. We will provide the correct return address once we receive your request.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase under the following conditions, as long as the buyer is a private individual acting for non-commercial purposes.
A. Withdrawal Conditions
Right to Cancel:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the date you or a designated third party (excluding the carrier) received the final item in your order.
Please note:
Due to our automated system, orders are processed immediately. Once an order is shipped, we cannot cancel the shipping. Refunds can only be issued once the items are returned.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us with a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to cancel the contract. Your cancellation is confirmed once we receive the returned goods. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Our products are shipped from Asia, and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until the items arrive and return them to us following the steps above.
You’re welcome to notify us of the cancellation in the meantime.
To speed up the return process, we recommend sending us the return tracking confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (and any additional costs incurred if you selected a delivery method more expensive than our standard option).
The refund will be made without undue delay, no later than 14 days after we have received both your cancellation notice and the returned goods.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
No fees will be charged for the refund.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
